  1. I love the part about women worried about getting bulky. It's almost offensive when I hear this... it's like they think muscle comes so easily.

  2. You're the man! Easy to follow and understand. There are so many articles out there that focus on the big scientific names/processes, and not the main points of the idea.

    1. Everyone's different, but our circadian rhythms are tied with light. When the sun goes down, go to bed. When it comes up - wake up!
